Power Steering ?
Does anyone know where exactly under the hood is the power steering? I'm trying to top off my power steering fluid & I cant find it..Thanks

I guess you knew the power steering pump is driven by the poly belt. If you look at the car manual, you can find the poly belt layout figures. The power steering pump oil reservoir would be attached to the pump. The correct level markings appear on the dipstick.

A bit more info about the car would help. Is it 211.083 or 211.090? With 273.962 or 113.969 engine? Could post a picture of the correct model.

It's an 2004 E500 4matic ..not sure if that helps I removed the engine cover and noticed a dipstick to the bottom left ..It had some some markings of degrees after inserting the dipstcik in their a couple of times it seems dry

Ok guys sorry for the delay the engine is a 113.969 also does it have to take MB power steering fluid or is their a suitable replacement?..Thanks again

Of course the dipstick should not be dry, have you identified any leaks?

Didn't check the oil spec sheet, there must be different options but since it takes so little oil, I would buy the fluid from an MB dealer.
