Winter Rims for E500!

so i'm thinking of getting new rims for winter tires..

i don't know what mercedes has in store for me, but currently i don't like the looks of the e class rims so far. are there any suggestions to rims? i'd prefer them to be 17" so that the ride doesn't suffer..

how much do the mercedes rims cost?
i was hoping for the price to be around 2,000CAN in total

help is greatly appreciated

Buy the nicest AMG or aftermarket rims of your choice and use the oringial rims to mount the winter tires.

i'm visiting the dealer tomorow, see what he says about it.

but i'm also concerned that the 18's on amg will cause the ride to diminish..

Juke-Box, you have Airmatic on your e500 standard - It should handle 18" with no problems at all. MB already puts a requirement of either AMG sport suspension (Different than the sport suspension that comes with Avantgarde/Sport) or Airmatic to fit 18" wheels on cars without airmatic like mine.. I think the ride shoujldn't change majorly.
