Are the shocks for the 4matic and 2wd non airmatic all alike?

I need to replace 4 shocks on my car. It's dropped with H&R and 19's Im thinking of going for some Konis.

When I purchase the H&R there was non listed for 4matic but I bought a set for the sports model and it's the same. I assume the shocks are the same?

I had a look at 211.065 and 211.082, none of the 082 rear shocks are used in any of the 065 (non-airmatic) models. 2WD and 4-Matic seem to use different shocks.

i thought this was true too when I put on HR, they had p/n listed for sports and non sports but none for 4matic. However, I was able to fit the sports HR springs on my 4matic w/o any problems.

I have no means to figure out if the parts fit to another car even if the parts were never used from the factory for that car. This certainly could be the case here. On the other hand, there must be a reason why the factory did not use the same parts for those different models.
