E550 Exhaust Tip Options?

E550 Exhaust Tip Options?
Anyone care to recommend exhaust tips for the E550 (non sport, so the pipes are under the bumper)? I would prefer not to do any cutting.

Do these things have to be welded on, typically, or are they friction fit, or what?

The lower ones. But it does not specify the E550, though the E500 is in there.

without the cutting the bumper, its gonna look bad. trust me, been there done that.

It doesn't look right below the bumper...cutting would definitely be better than just hanging lower than the bumper. I just got it done:

But I had the mufflers and tips instead of just tips. Total cost for install with cut outs was $300.00.

That's not bad. What did the new mufflers gain you? Do they sound better, or somehow reduce backpressure?

I can feel a slight gain, but how much I don't know exactly...it does sound better at acceleration but no real difference when starting it or when idling.

Your sig says Quad Exhaust. Is it actually four pipes off the manifold? Or is it dual exhaust with four tailpipes? What does the E550 come with stock? I guess I had better look.
