Your favorite DVD to play while driving???

This is going to sound a bit strange, if not crazy, but ever since I've upgraded to a COMAND with in-motion DVD playback, I have been finding that not all DVDs are equally pleasant to view/listen to while driving the car. I have about 50 concert DVDs in my collection but, for various reasons, not all of them seemed to be suitable for playing in the car. So far, my favorite ones to play are:
1. The Eagles “Hell Freezes Over”
2. Sarah Brightman “Harem”
3. Sarah Brightman “The Eden Tour”
4. Sade
5. Steely Dan “Two Against Nature”
If you have any other suggestions for good DVDs to keep in your car, please share with all.

Just to clear up the air -- I have a Euro COMAND with DVD-playback capability installed in my car. I've upgraded my old Audio50 (the one with the cassette) units to the COMAND and had a shop on the East Coast enable DVD-playback while in motion. The US COMAND units CANNOT play DVDs due to the lack of video processor. If you want DVD playback, you must upgrade to a Euro COMAND.

Pink Floyd - PULSE (2 disc) absolutely the BEST production ever for a concert
AC/DC - Live at Donington
Dream Theater - Live at Budokan - These guys are unreal,![bow](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/bowdown.gif)
Mana - MTV Unplugged (the best Latin music out by far)
Yes, Euro COMANDS rock!

Video IPOD Playbvack
I was in a friends car this weekend....not a mercedes but he had a pioneer unit with video screen that he had his video ipod hooked up to. He was playing music videos on it and thought it was really nice. I heard there are media adaptors that can be used to get this type of connection set up on the command units, but dont know anyone who has done it. Anyway...just wanted to drop that into this thread.

eBay, its a DIY job, takes about 20 minutes once you know what you are doing, make sure you search the forum so you know what to buy, newer units cannot be unlocked to view while driving.

TASHAKES,
Thank you for a great advice! Dream Theater DVD absolutely ROCKS! I have never heard these guys before but they are very very good. This is going to be one of my favorite concert DVD of all time (next to Pink Floyd's Pulse).
Cheers,
Alex

BTW, I remember you liked my wheels, I will be selling my wheels/tires. The rears are gone but the fronts have about 10K left on them, let me know if you are interested, looking for $550.

I have been to 2 Dream Theater concerts, what an experience. My 16 yo son turned me to them and I became an instant fan.

Are you upgrading the wheels to something else or selling the car all together? I am still debating whether to put money into the wheels as I am not quite sure how long I am going to keep the car. I am thinking of upgrading to the new S class but it maybe a long term project.

I got new wheels, TSW Estoril with a sick 3 1/2" lip in the back, I needed new tires anyway, so I gave myself an early Chanukah gift and got the wheels :-) The new S is great, but really expensive. I can get you some new Nankang tires for the back real cheap meanwhile (like $120 each). Let me know.

Count me out for now as I am seriously considering selling the car soon. I'll definitely get back to you if something changes on my side and I end up keeping it. Post the pictures of the new wheels -- I am anxious to see the way your car looks. I bet it will look gorgeous.
