Ever run out of time when detailing?

Last weekend, after washing, I started to run out of time, and the victim of same had to be the tires. Just as I was finishing up, I had a brain storm: why not use the leaf blower to dry my wheels and tires? It dried the rubber instantly, making it possible to dress the tires - to complete the job.

Laughing, are ya? Check it out next weekend...

Not laughing at all...I've read where people dry the entire car that way to avoid touching it and possibly causing swirls.

Happens to me all the time.. Heck, IF i can have the whole day to detail the car, I would. Unfortunatlly life isn't perfect, that's why there is walgreens

But yeah, I too do use a leaf blower to dry the car out, saves time.

Not laughing here...as prior posted...I use the leaf blower drying system every weekend. Neighbors used to peer out from behind the blinds for the first few weeks, but with a black car (and yes, 60% of swirls come from the improper drying) it is a must. Just wear ear protection and thick skin...

a leaf blower? HAHAHAHAHAHA

I just use the air hose I have at the garage, hooked up to an air compressor... Same function, lot less goofiness...
