best lease deals in Dec?

best lease deals in Dec?
Is the best lease deals on 08 E350 in Dec? I looked back in Oct 07, and got this in the bay area

2008 E350 about $56k msrp
P2 package
sports package (standard)
parktronic
wood trim steering wheel

33 month
15k miles/yr
0 down - $1250 drive off
$699/month

Which I still think is high compared to what I hear other people are getting in other states. What do you guys think? Wait one week for Dec rates?
