has anyone ever got this message before on their screen (radio) I have the 6 disc in dash with the cassette player no navi and only my radio functions at the momnet, when I press the cd I get the message: Error establishing cd audio connection

 

Got that message a couple of times, problem is that it only happened once out of 200 hundred times of turning on the radio. Turning the radio off for a few minutes would clear the error. I believe there is a software update for that and static in the speakers, I asked my SA to perform that update, have not had the message in over a year so i guess its fixed...
