Yes, Everything is Bolt up no mods needed and you can use all the plastic insides of your stock e500 bumper and Re-bar and all. FYI i have an OEM front bumper for sale in classifieds for 425+s/h

Will the new E65 AMG bumpers fit on a 2005 E500 without mods? If so, where can I buy it besides the dealers who will definitely chop me.

i know that with some modifications the E63 kit will fit the E500 as you can see in ABBOUSHI's sig. finding either an E63 or E65 kit other than the dealer is very difficult and all i can say is check ebay and craigslist

The rear bumper cover should be a direct replacement, but the front one will require you to get new fog lights, screens for the openings, and a new grille.
