Service Memos
I know we discussed this before, but still not clear.
We know that many service managers either have not heard of the "known" service memos or profess to not knowing. This is difficult to believe but we keep hearing it.
So.....for those of us who may still have to deal with a service manager and/or would like them to address potential problems before delivery and avoid taking the car back....
1. Is there a site like autospys that post the service memos?
2. How do you identify the memos to the service people?
eg. ticking noise, pulling to the right, etc.
Has anyone got specific information on this. Sorry to bring this up again but would really like to have some advice.
