to fix or not to fix? that is the question

i've had bad luck lately with deer and ice. last winter i was driving behind a car and they stopped really quickly, so i stopped aswell but slid and used some evasive maneuvers to dodge him. But i ended up love tappin his bumper with the corner of my front quarter panel by the headlight. it is bent by about a half inch out, which isn't too bad but noticeable if yer close.
the second ding i have is from a baby deer that recently ran into my passenger side door. It didn't even seem like the deer did any damage but again, if yer close up you can notice it
and finally i have a gash prolly from a rock that hit me on the expressway right over my driver's side wheel well that is down to the primer
So here's where i need some help. I've been pondering on trying to restore the car, but i don't want to involve insurance or to have it done at a collision shop etc cause i just don't trust car places and i do all repairs and maintenance. I just want either brand new original parts or mint condition used parts
I've installed a new door and quarter panel on another car before but I'm wondering how easy it is to find a mint shape door and quarter panel at a junkyard for a MB at a decent price. or maybe I should just say screw it and let the car get older and buy the parts later when the car gets cheaper if i keep it.
I'll post some pics so you guys can get a better opinion.
Another factor of why i wanna restore it is that i might sell it in the future depending on the cost of maintenance. the resale value will be affected big time by the dings...
