Front Seat Replacement
Does anyone know if front seats from a 07 E350 would fit in a 03-E500 wire harness Plug /Play? The only difference I can tell is my car has no heated seats and the seats from 07 do. I found a pair of seats from a wreck in brand new cond. for 750 the pair.

Have a careful look at this before buying. I only had a quick look but there appears to be a wiring change from 05/04 onwards. It looks like at least the seat adjustment control unit pinout had been partially changed.
Or would you have the control units with the new seats too? You probably still would need some wiring modifications.
Then for the seat heating you would need the control unit, the buttons, likely harness etc. I guess the control unit would come with the seats?
