Nav Version Question
When we purchased our 2007 E in July 2007 it came with Nav version 2006.2.
Now that the problems with 2007.1 have been corrected I'd like to get the newer CD.
Can anyone tell me how MB determines what version is delivered with a vehicle?
Just trying to figure out if I should be eligible for a warranty upgrade to the 2008 version.

2007.1 was released JUL07 this is the version your vehicle should have been delivered with. Now then, DTB P-B-82.85/602a states version 2007.1 may experience routing issues concerning HOV lanes and has been replaced with 2008. Therefore, you are entitled to a no cost upgrade to navigation DVD 2008 part number BQ6460232.
