I do what the FSS tells me and its a piece of mind knowing that the car was just serviced and the components looked over. I once had a rear differential replaced while the car went in for a regular Service on the E55. Its good to know that they took the time to look at each component and it didnt cost me a penny under warranty. :D

The first Benzes using the FSS system were not using synthetic oil nor required to, and thats were the problems started, after the mandatory switch to synthetic still using the FSS system the problems went away
