New E service at ASC
Forum Members, if you have taken your new E to one of the two American Service Centers in Northern Virginia, please provide your assessment of the service quality.
I ordered a new E320 from this location. Should it be necessary to repair the car due to any of the problems reported in this forum, I would like to be prepared. One forum member in particular has reported very bad service. The other dealerships are a significant distance from my home.
I have taken my Es to this location for 10 years, with minor service quality issues like forgetting to put car parts back where they came from. Please feel free to email me directly.
