sat module

I have found 3 different sat module #s and they are all the same price. And all will work in a 05 e320? Which one is the one to get? B6 783 0069 or B6 783 0085 or B6 783 0012. No one really knows the difference at the dealer.if any one has input I would appreciate it. thanks

Where did you find the parts, at a dealer or someplace else with more reasonable pricing?

Then it would make sense that the higher of the 3 numbers is the right one to get.

67830085 is a superceded part from 67830012 . The latest number (3rd generation) is a 67830060. It will not require the antenna splitter.

The 67830069 is NOT a replacement for the above unit, it is the install kit.

Thanks.

I just came from my local Benz parts shop. They said part number 67830060 was in fact the unit to get; stating it was the generation 2 kit.
They wanted :
receiver 610.99
veh. kit 224.00
antenna 99.00
labor 275

Wow. I've been looking on eBay but haven't stumbled across this specific unit.

BTW I have an 2004 S55

Hmmm, may have to do with your model year or most version. The parts rep. was very specific to point out I needed to look for the gen. 2 unit.
Whatever it takes so long as it works.... 1200 bucks sounded insane at first but it's becoming more acceptable the more I miss Sirius.
