DVD from e-motion
I received an informational DVD as follow up to e-motion participation. The DVD includes also short comparison charts to competitors, like GS, S-Type and 530 . An interesting thing that MB targets mostly on E320. It looks like E500 sells well without questions.

I got the DVD package also. This incorporates the two previous issues of the Mercedes Benz E-Experience, "Evolution" and "Explore" and then presents the new one "Experience". It is good, has a lot of video of the new W211, with a great shot of the Stone interior and, as Dema indicates, the collateral material is interesting too.
There is one thing about the DVD that is totally irritating for those of us who ordered our cars with the wood and leather steering wheel and received our cars without one. Can you guess what the image is that MB chose for the DVD label???????? Yes, you guessed it, the DVD label is none other than a wood and leather steering wheel. Of course, to make matters worse for me, it is in Stone and Burl Walnut!!!!! Maybe I will just get a blow up of the DVD label and glue it on my wheel!!!!

Question: Did you get the Dvd while at the e-motion event or did they mail them to you a couple of weeks after you went?
I went to the event here in NY and all i got was a benz bag with a hat and a couple of brochures from Sony, Kitchenaid,etc...
Any idea where I can get the dvd?

I just got the DVD in the mail yesterday. I went to the Miami E-Motion event several months ago. I am guessing you will get one in the next week or so.

Wood Leather Steering Wheel
Abhansali, thanks for the post on the wood wheel. Unfortunately, afetr making several call to dealers, the wood/leather steering wheel although available through parts is not available at all if you have the heated wheel package. The combination of the two options is available from the factory, but the steering wheel to support that combination is not available from parts.
I just wrote a letter to Karen Makris, Product Manager for E/S Class products, and Paul Halata, CEO, both of Mercedes Benz USA, with my thoughts on how this steering wheel situation has been handled. We'll see where it gets me.

I didn't get to register for an e-motion slot (all full) but I got the DVD in Manhattan yesterday also.
I wonder if they got tired of updating that JibeNetworks wheeze (the MBExperience on windows).
I find the DVD a bit 'choppy'...very much stapled together 2 minute snippets.
