New Diesel V6 Experiences
I would be interested in hearing from those of you who have the new diesel V6 in your cars. How have they done from a reliability standpoint? Any problems that haven't been fixed? How does the engine pair up with the transmission? Would you do it again?
Thanks

I have an '07 BlueTec w/ 23k. It was delievered in May. No problems at all except for minor w211 things. Look at:2008 E320 Bluetec advice needed [/COLOR][/B]please posting, about 10 down from yours for more info from other BlueTec guys. I think all have been pleased so far. Endstate: I would do it again if I needed another car.
Good luck

I also have an 07 Bluetec and covered 18k miles since delivery and absolutely loving it. I am extremely impressed with its performance. Like most MB owners, I take meticulous care of it and am loving every moment of it. Please look up my other posts.

E-320 Bluetec
I've driven 12K in the past 10 months and love my Bluetec. Repairs have included an alternator and battery under warranty, and two trips to the body shop, 1 my fault and 1 not. Other than an awful service department at the local dealer, I would buy another one, I love it on the highway.

2007 Bluetec got it in Late Sept '07
has about 8k on it now. Engine performance, milage and torque is terrific. No service issues, in fact no service other than the first complimentary so far. The transmission shifts a little rough when cold, but when warm (about 10 min drive time) operates flawlessly. Be careful driving it home on the first day, mine was rear-ended in route to my home from the dealer. Rear bumper R&R and all is well now. I almost got a two year old CLS but am much happier with the room, milage and overall decision, although you cant help but admire the CLS style.
