Replace APS50 with COMAND
Hi,
I am new to the Mercedes world.
In my E320 St.Wagon from 2003 I have the APS50. I want to replace that with COMAND (DVD,TV etc).
What will I need to buy to upgrade the system?

2003 E320
At least 30% of the posts on this forum deal with the Command parts and pieces. If you search, you will find details pictures, pitfalls ad nauseum on this subject. It is one of the most love/ hate relationships about the car.
I have a lowly 50 in our car and after reading about the details involved in the change, I am pretty sure mine will go to the crusher with the factory unit intact. I have a $160 dart gun stopper Garmin that does a beautiful job and I watch maybe 5 DVD 's at home on my comfortable couch. I am probably not one to give you any advice.
