05 E500 - Rear Headrest
I have black interior, and I am looking for a replacement center rear headrest. I have some ideas about building a Radar Detector inside it to keep it hidden.
Where could I find that replacement headrest.. Any idea on costs?

That sounds like a cool idea. Dealers will have a parts list and you can order one. Or, you can try authorized MB body shops. Sometimes when a car is totalled, they rip the car apart in the process of determining damage costs, and then random parts can be found at those shops for cheap.
