Valentine One

I have my V1 hardwired, but I had the dealer do it b/c I could not find any DIY's on the web. I also got concerned hearing about a few other MB owners who tapped into the sunroof power and later experienced roof failure. I did the hardwire myself in my previous car, a BMW 5 Series, but I didn't want to take the chance on this one without documentation. The dealer ended up wiring it somewhere overhead, but to where I do not know. The wire somehow runs underneeth the headliner. Looks great- definitly worth the $100 to me! I can take pics if you'd like.
BTW- the V1 is attached to the window via the suction cups (didn't want that at first but I really like in hindsight!) and sits just above and right of the rearview mirror so that the detector 'screen' looks just under the factory tint.

Audio installer
I contacted the audio installer that local dealer uses, and had them install the V-1. I opted to use suction cups and place above the rear view mirrior on passenger side. Can still reach controls, see display, and it does not interfere with driver vision. Looks very similar to pics posted by Nick. Cost was $50 and took installer less than 30 min. I did provide installer the parts from Valentine.
