Glovebox

Has anyone been able to remove the shelf in the glove compartment in order to store the owners manuals? Otherwise there isn't enough room to do so.

Geez! I've been trying to do that ... could you share the steps to get the shelf out of the glove compartment?

Thanks.

Just pull the plastic shelf towards you (towards the back of the car). It sits on a molded lip on the sides of the box. 'Very easy to remove or replace.

bmms8, jim256,

Thanks, guys ... it came out nice and easy ... just like you said.

I feel like a dodo ... I was 'over-engineering' it and trying to figure out if there were any clips that I needed to push. No such thing ...

The shelf is now out!!!
