"acquiring signal" problem

I got my 2008 e350 in dec 07 around xmas, the Syrius radio is free for 6 months. I have till June 08 for the free radio. But recently (past 4 days)I notice that the SAT isnt working BUT my navigation is. I called Syrius and they tried sending me a signal but nothing worked. They told me to go into Mercedes and that the antenna may be broken, but the navi works....anyone else have this "acquiring signal" sign?

Different antennae for nav and sat, so yes your nav can still work while your sirius is kaput.

Mention DTB P-B-82.60/426c to expedite repair.
