How do you remove the right side interior panel in the wagon's cargo area?

I want to remove the carpeted ride side panel inthe cargo area of my wagon so I can attach a parcel net to it -- the kind that is attached to the carpeting on the passenger side of the transmission tunnel on RWD E-class cars (see photo below of RWD car -- 4matics don't have the parcel net). I thought this would be good for holding in place small items (like an umbrella or ice scraper) in the cargo area so that they don't slide around.

But I need to first remove the carpeted panel so I can see if I'll be able to drill holes to through-bolt the fastening hardware for the parcel net. There's no release, so it must be held in place by snaps or something, but I don't just want to yank on it and break something.

Thanks!

I feel bad that somebody hasn't provided a response, so here goes what I remember when I was looking at removing panels in the back cargo area of my 2007 E350 wagon:

I would recommend getting the wedge tool, which is a Mercedes Benz tool, because I believe that panel is held in place with clips, and this tool helps "unclip" the panel. If you want the part number, let me know. Note: It's kind of pricey for being a piece of hard plastic, but it has a unique curved shape. I think it was about $25.00, though I think it provides the right leverage at the right angle.

I believe that the part # for the mounting wedge is 110 589 03 59 00.
