2008 Base E class or fully loaded C 350?

I have both cars 08 C300 and 08 E350. C handles better than the E, i'm guessing smaller body, less weight? Iono, but C is more fun to drive taking corners and holds better than my E. I would go with the E, especially with two kids 
it's more room overall.

....even though the c is a new model the interior quality looks cheaper than the E.

C300 has a 6 spd. manny. Put that in the C350, and that would be a sweet car. Put that in an E-class and look out 5 Series.

C vs E
I had to make the same choice about 6 months ago. Both cars are very nice, but I went with the E350 because it did fit the needs of my family better, and I personally liked the feel and overall finish better. Today, I am still happy with my choice. Good luck, and whatever you choose, enjoy...
