Mercedes recommends Meguir's. I purchased one of those disposable dusters too. So, after you use the plastic and rubber protectant, and wipe it off well, you can use the duster to go over everything. It ends up looking really good. If you bought a used car and it seems to be somewhat dirty, I would recommend a damp, warm, rag towel and scrub the steering wheel, center console...basically anywhere the former owner touched frequently to remove human oils and embedded dirt.
Good luck!

I use a microfiber towel lightly to dampened with water to clean the IC cover, and to clean the wood from dust and fingerprints. I use a microfiber towel with sunglass cleaner to wipe the COMAND display. I personally do not care for the glossy look on the dash, so I stay away from high gloss protectants. I use Tuff Stuff on carpet stains and it seems to work OK.

I'm using Sonus Leather Cleaner and Sonus Leather Conditioner. It leaves the dash and seats with a matte finish. You can get it at Autopia Car Care.
