Brabus authenticity

How can i verify that the car we recently bought is an original brabus made w211 e-class model with the k4 kit on it and not just a w211 mercedes car with bought brabus parts from the internet or some other provider. The car was bought from a car reseller in Cyprus and the origin of the car was from Singapore. The sales man told us its an original brabus from the Brabus company and not just a e-class with bought brabus parts installed by the previews owner.
The car is a w211 e-class version with the k4 kit on the engine. We took it at a garage and when he checked the engine he told us the brain didnt show the brabus signature that it was supposed to show. Thats why am asking you guys that probably know a few more things than this people.

Interesting question! A bit beyond me I'm afraid, but I will watch this thread to see what the advice is.

A different car, and perhaps not applicable, but does your car have the Brabus engine cover? See an example here:

I don't mean to flame you or anything but didn't u try the car out b4 u bought it. If it wasn't a true brabas w211 then I think u would have known. Plus it would help us a lot if u posted some pictures of the car with as many details as possible

I found this post where the guy mentions a few of the differences between a regular E and a Brabus version. Perhaps this might help?

Or surf around here:

Maybe some boys on the E55 forum might be able to help also?

Maybe try calling Brabus and see if they keep a record of VINs of MBs they modify then sell.

man its the k4 kit. Its a 2.0 litre engine not a 5.5 one. The difference is noticable but not that much. Anyways my point is that the car is identical with the w211 brabus one but my point is not about the body kit but about the engine. Thats the part i want to verify. Anyways thnks again for any help you guys gave me.

P.S : Am waiting an answer from brabus about the engine.
