Has anyone tried burning a backup of the DVD NAV disk so you don't have to worry when you leave your car with a valet or a less than perfectly honest dealer (I've heard of car wash kids selling nav disks on feabay)?

Yes, it is possible to make a copy of your NAV DVD. Search the forums and you'll find information/instructions.
