World debut at the ESSEN-MOTOR-SHOW 2002
In October 1996 the BRABUS E V12 with an electronically limited top speed of 330 km/h entered the Guinness Book of World Records as the 'world's fastest sedan.' At the ESSEN-MOTOR-SHOW 2002 BRABUS presents the BRABUS E V12 Concept Car based on the new Mercedes E-Class.
The concept car is powered by a 630 hp / 464 kW twelve-cylinder bi-turbo engine. With its top speed of 340 km/h the BRABUS E V12 Concept Car follows in the footsteps of its world- famous predecessor, which opened the door to a new level of power and performance for sporty sedans.
The BRABUS E V12 Concept Car offers a first preview of the production version of the BRABUS E V12, which will be built in small-series production starting in 2003.

Actually i read some article a while back about Boss B planning to shoehorn a TT V12 into the E class, I thought it was just a bogus article but damn I am impressed after seeing this. I am guessing this car would retail over 200K??

I'd rather go get an 800hp Lingenfelter Vette w/ auto and save myself a good, 140K... With that money, I'd go get myself a pair of Martin Logan Statement E2s with a whole lot of other Home Theatre Stuff.
