Looking to get a blue color from the headlights
in my 08 E350 sport. The car is white and with the blueish headlights it is offset very nicely. Is there a type or wattage of bulb I need or do I need to get a whole package with ballasts and all? The car is P1 so the I guess the headlights are whatever comes standard. If anyone has any experience, pix, or bulb numbers sizes ect, maybe even where to locate them online I would much appreciate!

I'm not sure, but it sounds like you do not have factory HIDs on your car. If this is the case, then you will have to either:
1. Purchase a HID kit for your car and convert your standard halogen system.
or
2. Replace your conventional halogen bulbs with HID-look bulbs.
Personally, I would not use the bluish bulbs in option 2. If you want the look, you should do it the correct way. That way you get function as well as the look.

If you don't have bi-x then buy an HID kit. 4300k temp is stock yellow color, 6000k is a nice bluish white, 8000k is pretty blue. As the temperature goes higher you lose brightness. 6000k would be optimal looks and performance wise. And HID kit would be under 200 dollars.
If you have bi-x then you can probably just change the bulb to a 6000k bulb which should be around 75 dollars.
