03 e500 vent control issues quad climate control
just purchased a 03 e500. very happy with exception of the vent control for the passenger side. it seems that it blows completly different than the other controller and does not allow full amount of air to blow out of any vents which it is set on. the drivers side functions 100% correct. newbie to the forums and hope to find some help here as it is really hot in texas right now.

It could be an issue with the flap actuator, I guess you have the manual control dial at the nozzle itself fully open?
The system probably wants to blow cold air from the cluster vents mainly, even if other flaps work properly, you may not feel the full air flow. Of course still you should feel the same flow on both sides if both are set equally.
Perhaps you have to check that the tubes are all well in place plus try to see if the actuator is working.
