Nice looking little car... would make a nice little addition. Why in the world didn't they come out with a sleek 2dr coupe version of it? Then people would be clamoring for a convertible version too.

I got a C300 as a loaner and I was impressed with it. It was a base model, and I'm a "bells and whistles" kind of guy, but I liked it. I think a fully optioned one would be a fine daily driver.

I, too, have been an a couple of C300 rentals, probably the base models. Nice car. Interior left me a little cold, and the black interior of the two I had has got to be just miserable to keep clean, but was still nice to putt around in.

I had a C300 4MATIC with the Sports package for a loaner not too long ago and was very impressed with the car.
MBUSA seems to be selling as many as they can bring in, they are all over the place here in the NY/NJ tri-state area.

Yeah I was totally digging 'em when they came out, and I've heard they're really well built, solid cars. But now that the "newness" has worn off and they're eeverywhere, I find the styling pretty damn bland, like you can't tell it apart from anything, the wide *** grin grill looks awesome though, makes the whole car.
Haven't driven one yet though, but I'm sure it's damn well engineered, my Dealer still uses the old C-Class as a loaner.

Had a chance to drive 2 loaners this week (C230 and "new" C300).
The C300 is a big improvement. It was a nice change of pace to drive a small 4 door vehicle. Needs a little more power, but enough for daily driver

Funny you say that about the power... They do need a little more power so the engine rev noise isn't so noticeable. Now, a C550... what a thrill ride that would be. Fast, affordable, less likely to be noticed. An undercover space ship.
