How much to lower front/back?

How much to lower front/back?
My 08 E550 is at the dealer as we speak and they plan to lower it tomorrow via SDS.
Is it best to just lower both to the max SDS will allow or should one end be lowered more? It always seems like my E550 is sitting nose high. It has the AMG sports package and W211's w/ the 333 Sports Pkg seem to sit flatter and lower.
Any advice would be appreciated.
