Bixenon Help/Advice Needed

I currently own a 05 E500 with the bixenon lighting package. About a 3months ago I had to take get one my active headlamp replaced due to malfunctioning. So when I got back my car my bixenon lights are looking different. I understand that there is a burn in time required. So I waited a week, 2 weeks and 3 weeks. Colors werent matching my other lamp. So they replaced the bulb other bulb on both side to match it. So I know have to 2 new bulbs. Still no match. I waited 3-4 weeks for burn in. Nothing still. So just took my car back in yesterday I told them what going on with this. We compared it to a new car. My car was totally different.
Both sides are totally different. When I turn them on the left side is a clear blue then fades to clear then other yellowish.
Can anyone help me out with this problem. Thank You.

there are many different HID bulbs out there so it depends what they had on
hand. even with same manuf, you'd want to compare model# and lot# in
hopes of getting narrowing down the variations on bulb color. always buy in
pairs when you can (which you found out).

your next move is to compare numbers stamped on the base of the bulb

You stated that you waited several weeks re the Headlights ..Were they on for Several weeks? as in Daytime running or just used at night? if so how many hours have they been used for..as the bulbs require several hours to burn in

Also are the headlights adjusted? I have seen the color difference because of incorrect aimed headlights...see if the light pattern (Level) is the same on a wall or garage door

I believe the bi-Xenons are auto-leveling.

good point, Mark. yes, depending on the cutoff specs, the light may refect
around the metal blade, resulting in variation of hue at different viewing
heights.
