Lightbulb Some Electrical Issues : Pls advise

Hi Folks,
I got the car with 41k on the odo, now its 43k and discovering some issues

1) I always have the convenience > steering wheel lift feature enabled. I'd say 2 out of 20 times it doesn't descent the steering wheel to the set position. Is this a warning that an electrical issue is coming my way ?

2) Once it happened that I turned on the fan, and it wont blow. The car was stopped with headlamps on ... when I released the brakes and started rolling again, i reattemped and it worked ....... is it a sign of an alternator going out ?

3) Whenever, I've headlamps on & I'm stopped with my foot on the brakes, and I release the brakes the headlamps blink .... I swear they do that...

I'm still in warranty for a little while, should I ask for a new alternator/ electrical harness / battery ??
Anyone knows the remedy to these ?

thanks!

Bring it in and have a shop foreman ride along to witness any malfunctions (i.e.: headlamps blink when releasing the brake). Make certain the SA documents ALL individual intermittent malfunctions for future reference.

These sound like "non-standard" gremlins, especially are intermittent. Although, it could be a grounding issue? Have you tried charging your battery overnight?

Either way, you should probably extend your warranty to 100k...
