MB_E500

Just bought a pre owned 2006 E500. Is my teleaid active if my air bags deploy or do I have to subscribe to MB for this service?? Also, whtas up with the "anti tow" button?? Can anyone explain?? Thank you.!! Scott.

When your airbags deploy a TeleAid representative will only come on-line if you subscribe to the service. If you do not have an active subscription to TeleAid and your airbags deploy then nobody will come online for you. TeleAid also offers more services besides offering assistance in emergencies.
The button you are referring too disables the alarm system on the car incase it needs to get toed of forwhatever reason you need to deactivate the alarm while you car is being transported.
