VINs that denote AirMatic for e500?
Is there a part of the VIN that denotes AirMatic equipped e500s?
Usually the VIN is a combination of features, like paint, engine and tranny models.
Some online dealers don't know what they're selling, but almost all of them put out the VIN.

All E500 are Airmatic equipped. The VIN does not have this info, except if you have the internal VIN which reads 211070 for an E500 where from you know it has Airmatic. It would be option code 489 on the data card.
