im new to the mb world and just wanted to get some input on what you thought of this deal, and what i should offer:

That's a really nice car, looks super clean and well taken care of. Beware of the problems of the '03 since they were the first year, also that low Mileage may mean the thing hasn't had a chance to start showing some of it's flaws due to that early build date. I'm assuming no Warranty correct?
Due to those above reasons, and considering the risk you may be taking, I'd try and get it for around $17K, if you can score that beauty for around that price, you'll be a very happy person

Wow, nice car at a great price. I personally don't care for chrome wheels and I don't think that unit is COMAND. With the problems of the '03, I'd make sure that I could get some sort of extended warranty. But it's sharp!

Strangely optioned it appears - looks like it has leather but no heated seats, but does have keyless-go and xenons. And of course no COMAND.
Be on the lookout for paintwork. The trunk emblems have clearly been removed and reapplied so either someone debadged it at one point or the trunk has been painted.
