CPO warranty question
I bought my used 03 E55 May 30 2008 this year assuming I had no warranty, which was fine but I just Car Faxed it now b/c my brother bought unlimited Carfax. It says 8/9/2007 Vehicle offer for sale as a CPO 34,778 mile currently have around 44,000 on it. It also says it sold at a florida auto auction 10/10/2007 then I bought it from that owner after he traded it in. So is this a CPO car with some kind of warranty or not or maybe already expired. I have a potential airmatic or rear bushing problem making clunky noises when hitting slight bumps in the road. It isn't a big deal just annoying I want to take it in if I have a warranty.

The CPO gets voided after the Car goes through any Independant Dealer, Auction, etc.
HOWEVER, I have heard of people going to Dealers and getting lucky. One Service Tech said just try going somewhere, saying you have a CPO Warranty on it (I believe it doesn't show on their Computer if the Warranty is Voided in all cases), and hoping they don't ask many questions.
