harmon/kardon no sound in the rear

harmon/kardon no sound in the rear
The harmon/kardon surround system is great in this car, but unfortunatley it doesn't really sound that great in the rear. I guess because it is a surround system it seems to only play normal music in the front (like in a home theater). I can get some more sound if I put the balance to about -4 to the rear, but it still sounds slightly off. Any ideas?

Insert a CD
Select Logic 7
Switch to standard
If “poor sound” is no longer audible in standard mode with Fader to rear it may be the AGW software. Bring the vehicle in, perform the above procedure, and request they check software/diagnose with SDS.
