Bluetec knocking/ticking
DTB S-B-03.20/10 OCT08 211.022 (BlueTec), 164.122/822, 251.122 intermittent knocking/ticking noises at idle o up to approximately 1500 RPM, the cause may be the #1 bearing being out of specification replacing the bearing resolves this noise.
- Noise occurs at mileages of approximately 12000 miles or after an oil change
