Anyone seeing new lease deals on '09 E350's

My '07 is due back on Jan 5th. Wondering if anyone in the NYC metro area have negotiated a new short term lease on a '09 E350 and would be willing to share terms? On a E350 4M with P1 and sport, my local dealer can get me around $720/month for 30 months with taxes upfront, no cap cost reduction. Selling price of the car was bascailly invoice. The finance factor used was something like 0.9 percent! This might be the best deal I can find but before I move forward wanted to check with anyone else out there.

Thx for the feedback...

Just picked up my '09 E350 Sport/P1 on Saturday with the Winter Sales event lease rates. My Lease interest rate was 1.37% (.00057). They also ended my '06 E350 five months early with no penalty or turn-in fee.

'09 has a big improvement in the radio and navigation over the '06. Sport package handles a whole lot better too.

thanks for the reply. Care to be more specfici? What's your monthly payment, length of lease, any money down, etc? The devil is in the details so knowing this would help determine what kind of deals are out there now.

Not much competition in my area so there may be better deals elsewhere.

'09 E350 Sport/Metallic Paint/P1
MSRP: $56,295 ($6,545 discount - $3.6 of which was from MB)
Down Payment: $2,500 which included tax ($1,596, 1st mo Payment, DMV and misc. crap fees)
48 mo with 12,000 mi/yr
Residual $23,081 (41%)
Lease factor 0.00057

$615.54/mo

36 mo. lease was $749.72 (also 12K mi/yr)

Thanks for the details. 48 months is way too long for me, esecpailly with the new E model coming out in Sept '09. I'm going to wait it out till December and see if the numbers get better. I would think they will as the economy continues to cave in and people are less inclinded to buy cars, unless they are like me and need one becuase of lease expiration. Dealers rely on December to move lots of cars for year end numbers so I'm hoping the incentives will pick up a notch or two. It will be intersting to see how many people step down to a lower cost model or even a different brand to keep lower operating cost. I myself will give the GLK350 SUV a look, however I think its going to be too small. My daughter has a new C300 4M which the GLK is built on and although it drives well I find it to be a bit too tight for my large frame.
