E320 year 2004

Install phone

Hi to all,

I have a 2004 E320 and I need to install my cell phone in the Tel menu so I can operate my phone. I am sure somebody has done it outthere. I followed the operator's manual but I got stuck with a message " Phone not installed" can somebody tell me how to install my phone ? I would really appreciate any suggestions and help.

J/K - he has went through the same thing and has had issues - he may have resolved it by now though. Do you have the hardware installed and just need it version coded? You may just need to take it to a dealer/independent with an SDS and have it version coded. Do you have the Bluetooth Puck with Tail?

If you are in the US, the Puck with Tail integrates with the Tele-Aid system. Not sure about RoW.
