My impressions after 3 days
After driving my new 320 for the past 3 days, here are my observations:
1) E320 is much quicker than I thought even after test driving it. Of course going from an Integra LS to this will do that
2) 17" wheels are still too small for this car. They look like 15"s still.
3) The HK system is awesome. At first I wasn't that impressed but I love it now. The dealer told me that the speakers will need to be broken in, just like hi-fi stero equipment.
4) The back seat is roomie, although I will never be in the back =)
5) I love the Airmatic suspension. It is fun to tinker with and you can actually tell the difference!
6) I hated the brakes initially but now I'm totally used to them.
I don't have the $ like some of you so I stuck to the essentials. Luckily I never tested an E500 to compare although I did ride in a nice S600...hehehe. Now to follow the Zaino instructions!
Black/Charcoal interior/E2/E3 = 120% happy!

04' E500 w/Appear. PKG, Panorama Roof
Congrats on the new car. I know what you mean about the comparative test drive. We were all set on a 320 and my wife spied a 500 on the lot and we tooka spin. A $10,000 spin as it turned out!
I absoultely threw a fit and would not allow her to drive any S class....
That worked... Unless her plan was to get the 500 in which case I fell for it....
