PPI in Dallas/Fort Worth
I need a pre-purchase inspection in Dallas, preferably around E-I35 and LBJ fwy; suggestions?
Also, anyone have a history with ‘Texas Cars Direct?’

I'm sure you ran a Carfax already, I bet TCD got it from auction. PM me the info on the car and I bet I can find it on the auction report and what they paid. Lots of MB's pass through DFW Manheim.

Yea, they appear to have a ton of former lease cars. It's more or less just a matter of picking my color and getting a PPI. Probably fly into Love field, take a cab over and drive back to Austin. The hardest part is going to be giving up the keys to the bimmer afterwards...

One of my best friends bought a 2004 E320 from Texas Motorcars back in March.
They have a very nice selection of pre-owned and lease-return vehicles. I drove the car before he bought it. The staff was very courteous and his purchase experience was a good one.
I've seen where they're moving to Midway and Keller Springs.

Ended up getting an '06 E350 in Houston @ nxcess off SW-Fwy. 'Tx Cars Direct' had some very nice examples as well but I found the exact car I was looking for in Houston for the same money. They both seemed to have a large number of units sitting around. Probably 100+ mercs at each lot. Love the car so far, it's very refined compared to my old 3-series bimmer.
