Trade up your E350 or E500 4Matic wagon for an E55
I'm over from the E55/AMG part of the forum with a somewhat bizarre idea.
I am the proud owner of a beautiful 2005 E55 Wagon. It's all black in and out and well optioned, including the third seat.
I absolutely love the car and hate this thought, but I'm considering putting it on the market for one reason. I moved from Florida to Iowa. It's actually a darn good winter car (although I rarely drive it, since I have an Explorer) and I have a nice set of MSW wheels with Blizzaks.
The problem? My driveway. It's steep and usually icy and I have trouble with the first 200 feet of my commute.
So, it stays home.
Here's my odd proposition. I love the W211 wagon enough that I'd like to trade my E55 with someone that wants to upgrade their E350 or E500 wagon. I'm looking for a well equipped car, including the third seat, nav and cold weather package. Prefer a dark color or white. Not interested in gray or silver (hey, I know what I like).
MUST be a 4matic.
I'd prefer to keep the winter wheels/tires, but would consider throwing them in if necessary (they have their own tire pressure sensors).
Let me know if there is any interest. There would need to be some cash involved on your part, as the E55 is still more valuable.
