Voice command question
How do I delete all the previous owners saved settings, like his saved radio stations and all his contacts from his phone?

Turn the key on..Power up the comand..pull the voice control lever back say help or function..It Will help you make any changes

Is there a written menu for the Voice Control system? By accident I pushed the wrong buttons and "Heidi" (that's what I call her) asked me if I wanted to delete all of my voice names in my phone book...never heard her ask me that before, but it was something I had always wanted to do so I said "OK"...my wish was her command and so be it done...couldn't in a million years figure out what I pressed, but me thinks there is a secret Voice Control menu that didn't come with the car (the brochure provided was useless).

OK...on the "other" MB forum I tracked down a written manual for the 2001 Voice Command System. The commands seem similar to my 2003...see attached.
