on Command Head unit. I see there is a button on the Command that has "SMS" but it cant be accessed in the US mode, is anyone able to use this feature?
When I put my Command in EURO mode to watch DVDs etc the SMS allows me to start a message and type the tel number to send it but then I get an error message.

U can put yur caommand in euro mode? and watch dvds? Im sorry im a nub with all this. But if this is true can you point me to a link on how to do this. My 5 year old daughter will think im god!

On my USA COMAND (Factory Installed), when I GET an SMS message on my cradled Motorola phone, I get a little Mail message symbol on the comand display screen bottom right, & the SMS button is then undimmed. If I press it I can read an incoming TXT MSG.

I can't send a SMS message from COMAND.

I also get the message symbol and little tone advising of a message received on my phone but the SMS on my command stays dimmed?

You need a EURO Command Head Unit!
