GPS installation
Hi to all the merceds family. I wanted to thank everyone in the mercedes forums for sharing all the different posting and mods. So, Ive fianlly decided to do some mods to my E320 and share. Thanks. Installation of my TomTom and the Itronic unit.

Nice work, but I can't help but ask why you did it unless you don't have OEM navigation, and if that is the case, why you didn't order the NAV processor for the trunk? It will keep your eyes on the road more by showing your next turn in the instrument cluster.

hey polar...The dealer wanted to charge me a grip of money to ad oem navigation. I got the TomTom for christmas = free, screws = .67 cents, and the aluminum bracket I fabricated $1.20. So, it just made more sense and it came out pretty clean.
