10 percent Biodiesel required in MN by 2010?

10 percent Biodiesel required in MN by 2010?
I read that MN is requiring all diesel to have 10 percent biodiesel by 2010. Any idea what that means to CDI / Bluetec warranties? I wonder if other states are following in this scheme.

If that is true and it becomes too much hassle for MB then chances are MN will not see a BT car sold there. If California came up with the same requirment then it's a different story.
